Here is all the information that you need if you are a Trader, Exhibitor or have a Military Vehicle of Vintage Car/Motorbike that you would like to bring to the show.

Traders
We pride ourselves on attracting a very wide variety of traders who regularly come back year on year. To apply for a Trade Site or a showman's/amusement site read the notes below and then follow the instructions.
Trade Show Layout
There is always a strong demand for trade space so you are advised to return your application forms promptly to avoid disappointment. The Primary sites in particular are booked very quickly. Pitches are allocated in advance and you will be escorted to your pitch on arrival at the show. All passes will also be distributed at the show and none will be sent in advance.
Regulations and Insurance
It is suggested that you read very carefully the Terms and Conditions on the application form. All Trader's must send a copy of their own Public Liability Insurance and valid Risk Assessment with this application and ensure you bring all this documentation with you for inspection.
What do to next?
1. Simply download the application form and complete.
2. Complete and return the application form and ensure you send proof of Insurance Cover and Risk Assessments as required with full payment
Once your booking form is received and processed you will be sent an invoice and Joining Instructions as confirmation. These documents, proof of Insurance Cover and Risk Assessments must be bought to the show with you. Please note that if any of the above forms are not received with your application it may be considered invalid.
