1. Do we get a discount for OAP's?
No
2. Can we bring our dog?
No - only guide dogs are allowed into the show ground
3. Can we bring a picnic?
Yes, but there will be a full range of food and drinks available in the show ground
4. I am disabled, where should I park?
Disabled visitors should use Gate 12 to access the correct car park and viewing area
5. I am not disabled but I cannot walk far. What seating is there and what is the ground like?
There is no seating but the ground is very flat and manageable
6. Can I get back to my car during the event and will I be able to get back in?
Yes we operate a re-admission policy
7. Can I get back to my plane during the event?
No as they are parked on the opposite side of the runway
8. I need to leave early and I am flying in. Can I do this?
Sadly no. Planes can’t leave until after the flying display is over at 17.30
9. How often are the buses running from Kemble station? What time do they start and when is the last bus back?
There is a shuttle bus from Kemble Station to the Air Show that runs thoughout the day, starting from the first train of the day. It meets every train that arrives at the station and runs until 6.30 each day
10. What time do the gates open?
08.00
11. What time does the display start?
11.00
12. What time does display end?
There is a lunch break from 12.30-14.00 and the afternoon display runs from 14.00-17.30
13. I am a trader/vintage/classic car etc and I have filled in my form and have heard nothing back yet?

17. I have a classic car and it is very interesting, can you still squeeze me in?
Yes, but this is very popular so please download and complete this form asap.
18. I am disabled does my carer have to pay to get in?
No - 1 carer per disabled visitor is free. Please contact ops@cotswoldairport.com to book your tickets
19. How far is the car park from the showground?
The car park starts opposite the main pedestrian entrance to the show ground so the earlier you get here the better! The furthest walk you will encounter will be a little more than 5 minutes
20. Can my Saturday ticket cover Sunday if I cannot make it/weather is not good (and vice versa)?
No - there are separate tickets for each day.
21. Can I camp overnight?
No, there are no camping facilities. Please contact Cirencester TIC for a list of local camp sites
22. Can I buy tickets over the counter/phone?
Yes tickets are available from local TICS and by telephone. Please check the ticket pages of the web site for the number and a full list of TICs
23. Can I buy tickets over the phone?
Yes, phone sales are managed by See tickets and the number will be released very soon
24. Has ciren/stroud/whatever TIC still got tickets?
Yes all local TICs are well stocked
25. What are the telephone numbers for the TICs?
TICs are only selling to personal callers. A full list is on the Ticket Page of this website
26. If the weather is rubbish can I get a refund?
No
27. If I fly in do I still have to pay to get into the event?
Yes you do but you can pay on arrival
28. I am flying in and have tickets, do I still have to pay landing fee?
Yes. The fee is payable on arrival. You will however need to book your landing slot - these booking will open on 1 May 2011.
